Methodology
Rigorous standards for longevity medicine.
We do not accept payment from clinics for placement in our directory. Our evaluation framework is based purely on the comprehensiveness and scientific validity of a clinic's diagnostic stack.
Clinic Evaluation Criteria
We assign scores based on the presence of the following diagnostic modalities:
- Cardiovascular: AI-CCTA (e.g., Cleerly) is required for a top tier rating. Standard CAC (Calcium scores) are considered insufficient for aggressive longevity protocols.
- Oncology: Whole Body MRI (WB-MRI) and liquid biopsy (MCED tests like Grail) must be present.
- Metabolic: Advanced lipidology (ApoB, Lp(a)) and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
- Genomic: Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) is preferred over targeted panels.
Treatment Evaluation
We prioritize treatments that have:
- Demonstrated lifespan extension in the National Institute on Aging's Interventions Testing Program (ITP).
- Clear mechanisms of action mapping to the Hallmarks of Aging.
- Measurable biomarkers (e.g., ApoB lowering, epigenetic age reversal).
We actively penalize clinics that prioritize unproven interventions like NAD IV drips or proprietary supplement blends over basic cardiovascular risk management.
